Payment, sales tax, and pricing

Payment via PayPal is preferred.

We accept Check and Money Order.  Checks will have to clear first before shipping can take place.

We do not charge sales tax unless the laws as governed in the receiving States specify that Sales Tax on internet orders will need to be charged.

All prices are in US dollars ($USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time of your order.  Orders will be shipped by the carrier of our choice.

Shipping charges as stated in the shopping cart are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.

Presently we are shipping to the United States and Canada only.

FOB point is Portland, Oregon.

Freight damage

If you receive an order where the package is damaged in shipping please retain the box, packing materials, and merchandise intact.

Call our customer service department at (503) 608-7702 as soon as possible to place a claim.

Returns

All sales are final.  Items that need to be returned for warranty purposes need to be identified using our RMA process.  The RMA form can be found here.

Once a request for an RMA number is received and the product is approved for return, a message will be sent to identify the shipping address and an RMA number.

Vafam Sound retains the right to request more information if deemed necessary.

To administer warranty, the returned product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase / order number.

Warranty

The following warranties apply:

Audio Cable Assemblies

Vafam Sound Cable Assemblies are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use this product for it's intended purpose.

At our option we will either replace or repair the product free of charge.

Custom Assemblies

Vafam Sound Custom Assemblies are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use this product for it's intended purpose.

At our option we will either replace or repair the product free of charge.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Vafam Sound, or its owners, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit arising out of the use or the inability to use the products as sold by Vafam Sound.

Even if Vafam Sound or it's representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages Vafam Sound or it's owners shall not be held liable.

For items sold, under no circumstance is Vafam Sound's liability more than the actual purchase price of the merchandise itself.
